DiCE is about showcasing not just film, but the people behind the picture, their story and what they went through from having an idea to getting it made.

DiCE seeks to create a permanent fixture in Melbourne’s cultural calendar, by creating a unique opportunity not only for local filmmakers to showcase their craft but a vantage point to encourage the growth of  Australia’s film culture.
